Dovecote Roof in Buckinghamshire
We are currently providing consultancy services for the re-roofing of a Grade I dovecote in Buckinghamshire. Our services include production of a specification and schedule of work, submitting a listed building consent application, liaising with an ecologist, meeting with Historic England and carrying out the contract administration of the building works.
Charter Tower, Hemel Hempstead
Following on from a condition survey report that we carried out in 2022, the council have instructed us to proceed with preparing a specification and schedule for the recommended repairs. We are also applying for scheduled monument consent, and will be issuing a tender to selected contractors and preparing a tender report.
Grade II* church roof repairs in Berkhamsted
After carrying out a quinquennial inspection in 2020, we have been instructed to oversee the roof repairs including scheduling the repairs, tendering the works and overseeing the repairs once a contractor has been appointed.
The Almonry, Evesham
We have been appointed to provide historic building consultancy services to inform the required repairs to the roof and infill panels for this late 14th / early 15th century Grade I listed building.
